Lime Mousse Recipe

This is one of my favorite mousses and I love to eat it in the Summer. It's very fresh and it's a great dessert to make because it's very easy and simple.


Lime Mousse


Ingredients:

- 4 limes



- 2 packages of heavy cream

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk





Preparation:

Put the heavy creams in the freezer to chilled them.

Zest the limes and set aside to decorate the mousse in the end, and then squeeze the juice of the limes and also set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy creams until soft.


Add the sweetened condensed milk and then the lime juice and gently mix it. Pour into a bowl and garnish with the lime zest.


Refrigerate
until serving time.
